The Beach Shack, formally known as Ballyhoo Villa, has been completely refurbished in 2019 to create a 5 star luxury, modern beach house – a romantic getaway for honeymooners and couples. This cool, bohemian, high end villa offers meet and greet at the airport, daily housekeeper and 24/7 concierge.
The Beach Shack is a funky, modern beachfront villa with one bedroom, one bathroom and an open floor plan living room and kitchen area. Bali is the source of the marvelous white coral floors, and pearl stone walls. The ceilings are covered in exotic teak wood to match the solid teak furnishings and the artwork is original and sourced from the islands of Kalimantan and Sumba to complete this classic beach house.
The bedroom features a stunning view of the turquoise waters and an en-suite bathroom. A private pool provides a place to relax and listen to music and in the evening the incredible sunset skies can be enjoyed from the day bed on the beach.
Just a few short steps from the house, experience the magical snorkeling on Smith’s Reef where a variety of corals and Caribbean reef fish can be found.

Our family spent spring break 2017 at Seascape and it was beyond our expectations. We have stayed on the island before but this experience was incredible. It all started with Yuri and his help with the booking and managing our stay- Top recommendations for chefs, restaurants, and taking care of us every day. The house location was ideal for walking to restaurants, up and down the beach, and grocery store. The pictures from the internet looked too good to be true but they were the real deal! Floor to ceiling waterfront views are what you wake up to everyday. The beach was our main focus and we utilized all the private chairs, water toys, outdoor grill, hot tub, you name it! Thank you to Yuri and Seascape for a truly remarkable visit to Grand Cayman, we cannot wait to come back!

This house is ideal for a number of families looking to vacation together. There is ample space for 4-5 families to feel comfortable and room to spread out - the layout of bedrooms offers enough privacy and the shared spaces are beautiful and spacious. The location is ideal on an amazing section of 7 mile beach, offering both privacy and proximity to nearby attractions. It's wonderful for families with children, as they have beach toys, kayaks and paddle boards on premises. It would also serve well for an adult getaway. It's truly a beautiful home and location.
The property manager, Yuri, is exceptionally responsive to any need that arises, and is very friendly and accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property!
