Hawksbill villa is an 8 bedroom (can be rented as 5, 6, or 8 bedrooms) Caribbean estate home spread across a number of separate buildings throughout the 4+ acre site. It can also be combined with the 2 bedroom Hawksbill Beach House property next door to provide 10 bedrooms in total. Designed as a multi-generational Caribbean retreat for its owners and their family it has a contemporary Caribbean design language that is both transitional and responsive to its clients individual personalities.
Hawksbill’s main house accommodates a beautiful, stately Great Room with unrivalled views over Grace Bay. A separate family space houses games, a big screen TV and access to 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which have ocean views and 2 are set up as ‘kids rooms’. Head upstairs via a cantilevered walnut staircase projecting from a native stone wall to find a stunning master suite with fully pocketing doors and ocean views at every turn. The kitchen and screened terrace open towards the oversized pool and lap pool, hot tub, fire pit and extensive stone terrace. On the opposite side of the pool from the main house stands another master suite for ultimate privacy. It boasts double shower with views to the ocean and an additional generous private bathing courtyard.
There are also paddleboards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment for the water sports enthusiast and a private dock allows guests to be picked up for boat excursions.
Additional Rooms
An elevated 2 bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sit behind the main house at Hawksbill. A 2 bedroom refurbished beach house completes the estates’ living accommodation.
For guests with a sporting appetite there is a Gym, floodlit all weather tennis court and ½ court basketball near the entrance to the property.

Our family spent spring break 2017 at Seascape and it was beyond our expectations. We have stayed on the island before but this experience was incredible. It all started with Yuri and his help with the booking and managing our stay- Top recommendations for chefs, restaurants, and taking care of us every day. The house location was ideal for walking to restaurants, up and down the beach, and grocery store. The pictures from the internet looked too good to be true but they were the real deal! Floor to ceiling waterfront views are what you wake up to everyday. The beach was our main focus and we utilized all the private chairs, water toys, outdoor grill, hot tub, you name it! Thank you to Yuri and Seascape for a truly remarkable visit to Grand Cayman, we cannot wait to come back!

This house is ideal for a number of families looking to vacation together. There is ample space for 4-5 families to feel comfortable and room to spread out - the layout of bedrooms offers enough privacy and the shared spaces are beautiful and spacious. The location is ideal on an amazing section of 7 mile beach, offering both privacy and proximity to nearby attractions. It's wonderful for families with children, as they have beach toys, kayaks and paddle boards on premises. It would also serve well for an adult getaway. It's truly a beautiful home and location.
The property manager, Yuri, is exceptionally responsive to any need that arises, and is very friendly and accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property!
